MR***, HAD HRS TO CHANGE HIS MIND PER OUR CONTRACT. MR*** ACCEPTED AL THE HELP FROM THIS OFFICE TO PROTECT HIM AS FAR AS COLLECTION FROM IRS, SEVERAL CALLS MADE TO IRS ON HIS BEHALF, RESETTING OF A LOWER PAYMENT PLAN, HOURS SPEND GAINING FINANCIAL STMT INFORMATIONMR*** ONLY
CHOSE TO NOT PAY FOR ALL OF THESE EFFORTS WHEN WE WERE UNABLE TO PROVE HE COULD NOT PAY THE DEBT, OR QUALIFY HIM FOR A SETTLEMENT BASED ON THE FINANCIAL INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM MR***. THE CONTRACT IS CLEAR THAT MR***'S RESOLUTION IS BASED ON OUT COME OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENT. HE WAS AWARE FROM START TO FINISH WHAT THE BASIS WAS. WHEN IT WAS DISCOVERED HE COULD NOT QUALIFY FOR A SETTLEMENT WITH THE IRS, WE OFFERED TO DO A PENALTY ABATEMENT AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, HE REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO COMPLETE THIS TASK. WHAT HE DID DO WAS TEXT MY PERSONAL CELL PHONE DAY AND NIGHT, WITH VULGAR CHAT MESSAGES, THE HEAVY USE OF PROFANITY AND THREATS, I CHOSE NOT TO MEET WITH HIM AS I WOULD HAVE FOUND IT NECESSARY TO CALL THE POLICE BASED ON HIS BEHAVIOR IN HIS TEXTSJAG IS ASKING MR*** PAY THE BALANCE DUE ON HIS CONTRACT AS WE DON'T PROMISE RESULTS, CONTRACT CLEARLY STATES WE "WE WILL TRY"

Ms. [redacted] came to my firm for a resolution of her taxes (Fed only).  We ended up doing extras for her such as filing her State returns (2 States) which we were not contracted to do and also set up payment plans for her with them at no additional...

charge.  We mitigated on her behalf with the IRS on a very high payment plan they were demanding and to do so it was necessary to take multiple financial statements but in the end were able to greatly reduce the monthly payment.  About this time Ms. [redacted] was served with an Audit notice on prior years.  It was at this time she informed me she had already closed this once before but found it was now coming up again, the matter was not included in her contract with my firm.  I explained to M.s [redacted] that an Appeal would be necessary and the matter was not what she contracted with us for so we would need to add the additional fee as it did not fall within the scope of her contract with us.  Ms. [redacted] was also advised that we had done her State issues at no charge but unfortunately we could not do this for her without a fee.  We quoted her a very reasonable fee and extended a payment plan on this as well. Ms. [redacted] chose to take her matter elsewhere.  JAG took her case and contracted for certain services clearly spelled out in her contract and did all we agreed to do per her contract and then some.  We have done nothing to warrant this complaint.  I advised her myself and denied her a refund based on these facts.

Wendy and her staff are amazing. They have gone not just the extra mile but the extra million miles for us. They are resolving my tax issues, have answered all my questions and have been so caring, above board and honest with me. I had been run through the coals by the IRS and my Accountant left me high and dry. I am not just a number, not just a paycheck to JAG I am a human being who is going through a lot and they treat me as such. If you want to be treated like a King or Queen and receive Grade AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++++ service look no further.
