Customer came in and got a yard and a quarter of concreteHe came in and told me he did not get a yard and a quarterI checked with my employee that loaded the concrete up and he was positive that he gave him a yard and a quarterSo that's what I charged himHe filled a complaint with the Revdex.comI

doesn't happen very often but we do try and be as perfect as we can when sending out everything the customer needs to complete their job.

I talked to the gentleman that helped you and we discussed this issue. I apologize that the adapter for the bit was not in the case that the drill is. We do our best to try and check all our equipment so our customers have a good rental experience here at Jag rental. So we are sorry that we missed this one, it is to bad that you had a bad experience with us and I hope that you will give us another chance the next time you need rental equipment. I promise this was not intentional but something that we simply made a mistake on. Like I said we do our best to make sure everything is ready to go but we do occasionally make a mistake.  
 
Hopefully, we will see you in the future.
