They are horrible did not get great photos did not get the whole video requested the parts of video of family members making comments to us and never saw any of them they never sent it after several times trying jesse sent wife instead of doing it himself still wish I had proper video footage but got tired of having to harass them for it he said he sent it and I have two copies of the same damn video so no he never sent it what a waste still waiting after 6 years hum wonder whos time they are wasting now
