For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.1. It's takes you months to respond to this...ludicrous. Something is missing in regards to your customer service. A return phone call would have made leaps and bounds! I tried to purchase this vehicle from another one of your locations, and your dealership block that location from doing business on this car. Something is fishy.2. My financing did not have this stipulation you refer too. I purchased my current vehicle from an out of state vendor as well. Your "rules" are not the same as other dealers, and seem to be made up as the process dragged out for the few weeks I tried to purchase your vehicle. I have purchased at least 8 other vehicles from out of state (two from California) where your crazy made up rules did not exist. Regards, [redacted]

RE: *** *** *** XFR-SWith regards to this complaint, first and foremost let me state we are in the business of selling carsOur policies regarding registering cars and complying with lender requests, be it from a bank or credit union requirements for recording
lien holders and guaranteeing titles are consistent with most automobile dealers and banking requirements. When we first began working with this customer, we asked for the trade information in the beginning and when we found out it was in the wife’s name as well we suggested he take the trade to Car max and leave it out of the proposed purchase transaction with Jaguar Land Rover Newport Beach Subsequently, the prospective lender stipulated that he and his wife would be required to sign for the new purchase as did his own bank institution when we inquired about obtaining his own financing for the purchase. *** * *** General Manager
