I purchased a VPS server with a domain name from these guys and got exactly what I asked forThe information for my server was easy to find and the one time I needed support, they were quick to respond and took care of my issue! Overall, I'd use these guys again and recommend them to anyone looking for a solid VPS

I had several issues with JaguarPC for over a yearI have been double and triple charged in the pastI sent in several tickets, and called several times, and all I received for all of my troubles was a power hungry customer service supervisor named [redacted] , who called me too poor to afford their service, ($7) a month, and then whenever I asked to speak to someone above him, he deleted my entire website, took my negative review of their company off of the FB page, and has refused to provide a backup of my websiteHe also threatened for me not to go to the Revdex.com Based on this individual's Facebook page, it is now apparent that he deleted my website merely because I have different political views than himI've lost thousands of dollars worth of content because one overzealous customer service supervisor who threw out insultsI have screenshots available showing how atrocious the customer service for this company is It says a lot about a company that deletes bad reviews off of their Facebook pageIt says even more about a person, whenever they won't let you speak to their supervisorIf you've done nothing wrong, you have nothing to be afraid of

I had several issues with JaguarPC for over a year. I have been double and triple charged in the past. It says a lot about a company that deletes bad reviews off of their Facebook page. It says even more about a person, whenever they won't let you speak to their supervisor. If you've done nothing wrong, you have nothing to be afraid of.
