ordered product from company they failed to have it shipped to me in over days when I contacted them to find out issue they said it was back ordered be in Friday then the next week they said it came in late I waited for another week and still no shippingTold them I needed a refund or my Tracking information ASAP with no reply for daysCompany sells and advertises product they don't haveadvertisement and fraud

9/**/I made a purchase on JahMaxx Incwebsite and paid for priority deliveryBy 9/**/I only received confirmation of my order and the payment of $was deducted from my checking account Since then I have called, emailed, left more than voice messages and as of today 10/*/my money is gone, the company will not respond and the order was never delivered

Items never deliveredNo email indicating that items were even shipped, but they didn't hesitate to take money out of my accountPhone is constantly busy during the day and disconnected during the nightNo one replies back to emails and no updates on my order and its been days since my order has been placed

On 11/**/I ordered many hot chocolate packages totaling $ My VISA account was billed for this purchase, but it was never received I sent a total of emails requests to the company and one phone call to try to resolve this issue and as of today have received no replies
