On Sunday February 1, I received the above referenced notice concerning work completed for our client on [redacted] *** We contacted the client within the hour and suggested that he look at a commercialproject completed recently in our area and would that material meet with his satisfaction Mr [redacted] notified us that his material would be to his satisfaction and on February 3rd and 4th material was delivered and spread.When this porject started we were unaware of the substandard materialMr [redacted] contaced Jahnz Site Services conerning the issue we were there and requested help from our vender for full replacementas of this date we have not been reimbursed and lo longer obtain materials from this vender The last time Mr [redacted] called we sent on of our employees out to take care of this situation and were unaware that he did not complete the project and left the company We are sorry that your experience with us was unsatisfactory but we look forward to providing you excellent service in the future
