I was on the business website (Dec 19 2018) (*** COM at the time - I believe they have since switched to the new URL I list in this complaint) and they offered a free sample of CBD cream - all I had to do was pay shipping (a small amount like 6 dollars). *** COM charged me 5.95 on one charge and 1.75 on another on Dec. 19. All that was fine. I received the product ok. I did not knowingly agree to any other charges. Then on 18 Jan 2019 I was looking at my card account and saw a charge for 62.45 from JAHVON CONSULTING LLC MONTGOMERY V. I was alarmed and looked further in the account and saw another charge for 62.45 from *** COM. The same day, I received an email:

I replied to the email but have not had any attempt to get a refund for the 2 62-dollar charges. I ended up having to cancel my card (thankfully not an actual bank account number) and am disputing the charges using the cardholder.

I was to file this complaint in hopes no one else gets ripped off by this company.
