I suggest you do your research before considering this CompanyThe late fee is regardless if you are a minute late, they still require you to pay your late feeYou have to submit your request online if something is not working properly and they get to you when they have timeThe neighborhood is full of gang membersThey don't report on time payments to the credit bureauI had to install cameras for my and my children safety and peace of mindTrash is always in your areaThis was one of the most terrible choices I have madePlease do not move here if you have childrenYou can Never reach the Company by phone and they rarely respond to emails

Deposit ReturnThe week of August I called ** to schedule a move out inspectionHe advised me at the time since I was not moving out until the 25th to call the week of the to scheduleI called the week of the 25th and advised that I would be physically moving out on the unit on the 25th but the carpet will be cleaned on the 29th and I would like to schedule the walk through on the 29th** advised me at that time he would be on vacation and he will have to have someone else to do the walk through and he would call me backhe never did, I called him back to confirm the date and timeHe advised me he cant do it and just leave the key in the storage room since it was the only key a I had and the door needed to be lock with itI didI called him on September 4, no answer, and again September to confirm he had completed the walk throughHe said he had and I need to contact JAI to communicate regarding my depositi send an email on 9/with no response until 9/when I rece

Horrible terrible lying deceptive business...I resided in Southlake Townhouse in Morrow GA we were lied to right from the start....we were told no Section units were in the community that's far from the truth as matter of fact over half of the units there are Section 8....there were home invasions.....frequent car thefts....trash littering the grounds everyday....people hanging out all night fighting loud cursing and disrespectful children that will curse you out and shoot you dead....nothing they told us was true

My security deposit was not refunded when I moved out of the Town homeI moved into ** in November of I submitted a security deposit of $dollars to **, who oversees promoting the properties and getting tenants to rent their propertiesShe moves very fast on making sure that you submit your application fee and get your security deposit submitted which I was told would be returned to me after I moved out of the town homeI have all my signed documentation of when I sent the money in to this fraudulent management companyMy time there was fine because they were only worried about their moneyI never had anyone respond to any service requestAfter a year in the apartment they decided to raise the rent to $dollars without even providing notice before I committed to a Month to Month contract

I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START...I've lived at College Glen apartments in Athens Gafor over a yr nowI regret ever renewing the lease for another yearThere were roaches in our unit when we moved in which we've never gotten rid of despite numerous visits from pest controlI had to call a private pest control company which refused to take my money because they knew the entire building would need to be treated to stop the roach problemI ended up buying some gel from Amazon which has helped amazingly wellWe pay for amenities that we cant even useThe pool has not been opened once since I've been here and currently theres a sign on the front door of the office saying the pool will be open soonThis sign has been up for nearly weeks What a jokeOn top of that my unit has been without working AC for nearly two months and they are putting forth as little effort and as little money as possible to fix my air conditioningMy kids both have suffered with medical issues and had had to endure the heat day in and day outU better hope nothing major breaks in your unitGood luck with them fixing itThe neighborhood is filled with unattended kidsI will never ever recommend anyone moving here unless it is an ABSOLUTE last resortThe rent is way overpricedPlease people save your money and move elsewherePleaseIf I could rate this place a I wouldA star rating is too high for these crooks

property management team does not respond as well as maintenance will not come out for months and fix property or sprayDuring the holidays it took months to come and spray due to an infestationI have put a maintenance rqst in for over a month now for my faucetI placed request and I have emails to prove it from 05/its 06/and there is still a wrench on my sinkI have not had pest control out in months and they stated they were going to come back output a request in may no one has responded as well as no one has came out

Failed to return deposit when I was not able to rent a unit due to work internet issueFraudsDo not rent from themDo your research on them before you do, then run! They don't even have a license to practice business in ** yet they own many properties hereThey stole my security depositMy job was delayed in getting back with me regarding providing internet service and when they told me that they would not be able to provide internet svc at one of the properties I wanted to rent and I explained this to ** and she pointed out they could not return my deposit under any circumstancesShe told me that I should have checked with my job before sending the deposit and I actually did but bc the corp is so large they were delayed in getting back to meI explained that I wouldn't be able to move bc I wouldn't be able to work from home as I do nowContracts are not binding and in my case, common sense was not used to consider that if I moved in I wouldn't be able to payThey are greedy

I moved into one of JAI Property Management properties in April of It was a very nice property and it was in a quiet neighborhood which really made a big difference for meI was living with my son and he was receiving an SSI check on a monthly basis because he was considered disabledOne day, I was stunned to find out that my son's check was not deposited into my account on the first of November I called him on several occasions with no responseAfter I texted him, I waited for a response and he later responded by apologizing because he took the check awayI was left in a bind and unable to pay the rentI immediately called **, who is the person that we pay rent to via telephone, and she was not happy about itI asked her what was the penalty for breaking the lease before the end of term and she stated that it was two months rent that I could pay in installmentsI said okay and that I will contact her later and I asked her did she mind putting that in writing for me

charged cleaning fees for a unit that wasn't cleaned upon move inLease was noted that unit would not have to be cleaned upon move outRequesting adjust and deletion from credit reports

I have been trying to speak to someone concerning the return of my Rental Deposit
