***,I did email but you must not have got itThis is just all wrongWe fax cancelled her old insurance and told her specifically that insurers tend to ignore cancellation requests and that she should make a follow up callThey seem to have been paranoid about the drive safe and save feature
we have to save them moneyShe was also paranoid about drug testing for life insurance so I was not surprisedWe cancelled the policy as of the date of her email but she by PA law was insured for a small amount a time and required to payShe did not like the answers she received and continued to escalate things without reasonShe has lied on my yelp page, made complaint after complaint for things that cannot be changed and are in fact PA law.Feel free to call me.Jaison K***Jaison Kelly State Farm

State Farm's corporate offices have resolved my complaint by refunding my premium in full.  Their corporate office has also been working with me to resolve an inaccurate "lapse in coverage" that had been reported to the PA Dept of Transportation.   This last issue is still outstanding but State Farm's corporate office has been responsive and attentive, and I believe it will be resolved timely.
