I am rejecting this response because: Although the business did reimburse me the money I paid, the business made some statements in its response, and left out important factsThe repairman, when asked about his ability to fix *** fans, stated he had been to *** training for three weeks on such fans*** offers no such programThe repairman did *no* troubleshooting of any circuitsThe business states "...realizing there was no volts present.." That is falseThere was, as the business stated later in the paragraph, electricity presentThe lights on the fan operated, but the motor would notThe business states, "Knowing how costly and difficult it would be to ordering (sic) parts for a year old ceiling fan..." I ordered the parts (replacement switch) for less than $and repaired the fan myselfI am not an electricianThe business states, "The technician began to disassemble the ceiling fan..." This is falseThe technician did nothing more than pull the chain for the fanWhen the motor did not run, the repairman said the motor was burned outThat was a statementThe business said, "The process lasted over an hour and thirty minutes..." That is blatantly falseThe repairman spent less than minutes in the house, and that included the time it took for him to present his catalog and attempt to sell me a replacement fan.

In relation to the matter JAJ Lighting & Power has sent a check to customer for full reimbursement which is attached. Below is...

my statement. 
JAJ Lighting & Power was contacted by the customer to come and trouble shoot a ceiling fan. JAJ explains to the customer before arriving at the home, that we have a minimum Service Call Fee, which every electrical company in Northern Virginia has. We explained to them that it would be the same amount even if they purchase their own ceiling fan. 
Taking apart a ceiling fan is time consuming, therefore when the technician arrived he started trouble shooting the circuit first, realizing there was no power 120 volts present. At that point he told the customer that there was electricity  and there has to be something malfunctioning with the fan/fixture. Knowing how costly and difficult it would be to ordering parts for a 30 year old ceiling fan the technician suggested the customer replace the ceiling fan but the customer did not want to replace ceiling fan.  The technician begin to disassemble the ceiling fan and found  the light coming on but when pulling the switch for the fan, the motor had no life signs. Our opinion to the customer was to purchase a new one and we will complete the install. The process lasted over an hour and thirty minutes not to include the travel time and gas that it cost JAJ Lighting & Power to dispatch a technician. We thrive on 100% customer satisfaction. We have refunded the customer the full amount at their request of $75.00 for the Service Call Fee. 
Also, we have attached a copy of the certified check payable to the customer.
