Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 13, 2016/02/18) */ Received a check today on 1/1/for the amount of $with a attached note saying " we have received payment from your insurance company, which had been previously paid and created an overpayment on your accountWe have Inclosed a refund check for that credit balance" Yet again this company (JAK Enterprises/Bard Optical) is trying to scam the systemThis Refund check should be for my out of pocket payment but yet they're saying it was overpayment from my insuranceI have all receipts to prove my statements are trueBard Optical is trying to keep the additional money that my insurance has paid to them
