I spoke with Jordan and he said the money is nonrefundableI asked if he or Ed could just send out a professional mechanic to see if the problem was minor or as major as it looks due to the fire, he started that he would inform Ed and have him contact meIf Jakmax would repair the damages with no cost to me or replace the vehicle with another similar truck this will be resolvedIf that is not possible then this email is a rejection to their reply. Thank you

Mr*** purchased his vehicle on 10/21/and called us on 10/23/saying that the A/C had stopped working on his vehicle. As evidenced by the attachment he bought this vehicle "AS IS" He acknowledged that with his signature, on both the Buyer's Order and on the FTC Buyers Guide
Even so when he called, he was told that if he would bring the vehicle back to the dealership we would have it diagnosed and see if there was anyway for us to help himHe refused to do that. Additionally this vehicle was driven on several occasions by Jordan Jefferson with no issues with the A/CObviously the A/C was working fine when it was purchasedWe feel that him calling us days after he had bought a vehicle sold to him AS IS and refusing to bring it to the dealership remove any responsibilities to us
