of a braking issue with your vehicleSince the vehicle was towed to us for a water pump replacement we did not get the opportunity to take it for a test drive before we fixed the water pump to let you know about any pending issues we would have found with your brakesAfter we fixed your water pump we test drove your vehicle and notated the braking issue along with several other issues which were relayed to youDespite our dealership’s commitment to accommodate customer needs and requests as much as possible, we had to politely decline to fix your brakes for free as we replaced your water pump and did not touch your braking systemWe take pride in our customer service and have always put the interest of our customer ahead of our own when possible, even when it was not necessarily our faultWe empathize with your situation, and hope that you are able to find resolutionIf we can assist you with any other matters or if you would like to speak with us again about this issue and try and work together towards a resolution, please do not hesitate to contact me directly."
