We performed the inspection Ms [redacted] requestedThe repair was performed elsewhere and she has refused the current necessary repairJake Sweeney feels our responsibility in this matter is complete

Mrs [redacted] purchased a Mazdafrom our Jake Sweeney Mazda West storeThe transmission on the vehicle did fail on the vehicleThe Mazdawas sent to a transmission repair facilty to have the transmission replacedThe repair facility asked the customer if she would like to replace the clutch because the transmission was already out of the vehicleShe told them to go ahead because the dealer is paying for everythingThe clutch was not bad at the timeThey labor cost was alot less to put the clutch in due to the transmission already being out of the vehicleWhen the repair facilty called Mazda West to pay for the clutch, because the transmission was covered under the warranty, Mazda West asked who authorized the clutch repairThey told Mazda West Mrs [redacted] told them we were paying for the clutchThe part did not fail and it was a maintence itemThe repair facilty then held the vehicle, while she was still in a loaner car from Mazda West, until the customer was able to pay for the repair that she authorized [redacted] General Sales Manager Jake Sweeney Mazda West [redacted]
