of the vehicle causing it to overheat. We also loaned him tools so he could remove the bra from his vehicleTotal time spent was 2hrs or more and I feel we treated this customer more than fair, We helped him if every way possible. Thanks Jake

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The estimate was given for two hours, correctHowever, the time frame does not support the claim that service provided went over the two estimatedRemoval of the snow occurred after we had arrived back at the shop, when the time period ended, according to the ownerAll other "services" were provided after payment had been accepted and, therefore, should not be considered as part of the services requiring compensationThe time period of services requiring compensation was 12:to 13:35, which is not two hoursThe services of the truck driver were more than adequate to remove the car and get it back to the shop well in advance of the two hour estimateIf needed, text and call logs with time stamps attached will be provided to support thisRegardless of whether or not the initial request for a refund is granted, it would be well advised, I claim, to adhere to estimates that fit within time frames that correspond to the skill of your drivers.
