On July 31, my husband and I purchased granite for three bathrooms and kitchenTotal purchase check was $8,which Stoneworks cashed right the wayInstallation was scheduled for August between 12pm and 5pmInstallers arrived at my house at 3pmInstalled the granite partially as they could not finish the installation especially in the kitchen due to the granite being cut inches off from the seamsIt was 9:pm when installers decided to bring my granite stone back to the office and have a supervisor review the cutThey apologized for the inconvenience and told me that a supervisor would have called me in the morning of the next day August 24th to let me know about the fix of my granite cut and when they were coming to finish the installationNO ONE EVER CALLEDSo, I called around am and left a message to be called backAt 1:18pm NO ONE CALLED BACK YET, so I called again and no one was available except for Wendy who told me that she had hour window to call people backI am not people I am a customer left on hold with NO WATER in bathrooms and kitchenLeft a message with her for Dan to call me back after his lunchAfter an hour and half, when I called back again Dan conveniently left for the dayLeft a voice message to Wendy again and two voice messages to JackI called a total of times yesterday August 24th and no one at the office was available to talk to me
As last resource, I called Ryan our sales person and explained the situation to him who told me he would have called me back and let me know what was going on with my orderNo ONE called backSo, today August 25th, I called around 11:am to follow up with my order status and of course everyone was in a meetingLeft again a voice message for Jack to call me back and he did not bother to callI called back around 12:15pm and receptionist told me Jack was not availableI called my sales person Ryan again and left a voice message with him as well
I am very disappointed in the customer service that this company has to offerThey act bothered, and no one is ever available when they hear my nameNO ONE CARES to call me and let me know when the job will be finished
I am so tired to wait for someone to have the DIGNITY to call me and let me know what it is going onNO ONE deserve to be treated like this, and be left home with no WATER in bathrooms and kitchenI have kids and it is hard to manage kids needs at this time
