he agreed too he found out we did the work with labor instead of a walk behind MT-skidsteer....Doing the work with labor makes the job take longer and the equipment fee is a washthis doesn't happen muchbut for this job we brought the skidsteer to the job and the supervisor decided to do the work by hand and not use the machinesame end resultI, Jake W***, inspected the work on Thursday and all looks greatthere was not write up in the proposal about the width of the wheel tracksthis is hear say from *** Miguel is being manipulative and acting like a child that has no respect for anyone we do not negotiate with irate bully's Migel is absolutely out of control on the phone and is un reasonableThank you, Jake W***

We are sorry to hear about your health issues and hope you recover quickly. We are complete with all of the free repair work we are going to be providing.We are not prepared to agree that the other three walls are moving due to workmanshipThey have moved due to the settling and thaw and
freeze of Ohio weather and this is not covered. We did the back two walls in good faith due to the issues we agreed uponAlso we even went above and beyond in these two areas. The other three walls in question are years old and in no danger of falling over this is a cosmetic issueThese walls were built properly and back filled with the gravel They are around a retention pond that has eroded away below the foundationWe do not cover erosion, thaw, freeze movement on any project.** we appreciate this work from you in the past and now are unable to offer a free serviceIn reality we would not have even done the other two walls for free if we felt it was natural movement from thaw freeze.
