We did not receive the signed contract back until October 8th, then it is entered as an orderIt was completed days later and an image was promptly sent to Mr [redacted] as promisedHis contract clearly states "PLEASE ALLOW 8-WEEKS FOR COMPLETION, WEATHER PERMITTING" At the onset we told him what we tell everyone, that we will try our best, but we cannot make guarantees because this work is done in the cemetery and the completion time can be affected by a variety of factors beyond our control such as weather, or if there is a funeral going on nearby etc.The fact of the matter is the work was completed within weeks, when our contract states to weeksWe even put his work ahead of others.My [redacted] also claims [redacted] was being rudeMr [redacted] did call [redacted] to inquire if the work had been completedAt the time of his call, [redacted] was with another family, [redacted] tried to assist by asking him the family name, which somehow made him become agitated because he replied "why do you need that?", and he got even more upset when [redacted] asked the name of the cemetery? [redacted] told him this information is necessary in order to look up his order and he considers this "rude'? We bent over backwards to complete his work and I receive a complaint???Respectfully sdubmitted [redacted]

Today I received an email with pictures proving to me that this company Woodlawn Memorials did in fact resolve the problem / complaint I am satisfied with the results and would like this complaint closed because the company has resolved the situation.Respectfully [redacted] # [redacted]
