Hello This Place sold me a piece of junk that broke down as soon as I drove it 1 block off the lot I took it back within 5 minutes of buying it and they told me they’d have it fixed even though I didn’t want it once it broke down they made me drive it to Mieneke when I got there the mechanic rolled his eyes and told me he had 5 cars from them being worked on after two weeks without the car I obviously needed. I called the mechanic and he gave me a whole list of mechanical issues wrong with the vehicle including the engine and told me Jakes Auto Mall said they would buy some used parts themselves and it would take another week or two before they got them and they weren’t fixing all the issues either then they had the nerve to start calling me to make my second payment when I hadn’t had the vehicle at all since I purchased it then they turned the car off because of non payment and the mechanics could finish working on it at that point I had already had to buy a different vehicle and I told them I didn’t want the one from them anymore do you know these crooks put a repo on my credit now at this point I have to take legal action take my advice steer clear of this company I know you’ve gotta be really in need to deal with them and their sky high interest rates but spare yourself the hassle. I posted this on their Facebook page and they blocked me

I have bought a total of 7 cars from Jakes Auto Mall. They are very friendly and polite staff. They are willing to work with me on the down payment and or the bi-weekly payment. Received response via e-mail to Revdex.com, 7-25-17: "The first vehicle she purchased from us she totaled it out. We rolled the remaining balance into the Honda she wanted. Her mother recently brought the vehicle to us and the vehicle didn't appear to have a blown head gaskets. I asked if they wanted...

to leave it and have our mechanic check it out as well. She declined. We do include a limited warranty on 99% of the vehicles purchased from us. If she still feels the vehicle has a blown head gasket our shop can run a test on it. If it still falls under our warranty it will be fixed based on our agreement. I am rejecting this response because: If my loan is through [redacted] why is Nettie from Jake's Auto mall constantly harassing me, if I owe the bank shouldn't they be calling me?
