When you are on vacation you just want to get back to being a tourist!
We were in Yellowstone Park & noticed that our truck A/C was not working.
We stopped in at Jakes & he agreed to recharge the unit the next morning before we left town. A huge thank you to Jakes, because the temperature outside read 111 degrees on the freeway into SLC!

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The estimate was given for two hours, correct. However, the time frame does not support the claim that service provided went over the two estimated. Removal of the snow occurred after we had arrived back at the shop, when the time period ended, according to the owner. All other "services" were provided after payment had been accepted and, therefore, should not be considered as part of the services requiring compensation. The time period of services requiring compensation was 12:11 to 13:35, which is not two hours. The services of the truck driver were more than adequate to remove the car and get it back to the shop well in advance of the two hour estimate. If needed, text and call logs with time stamps attached will be provided to support this. Regardless of whether or not the initial request for a refund is granted, it would be well advised, I claim, to adhere to estimates that fit within time frames that correspond to the skill of your drivers. Regards,[redacted]
