I visited Jake's on 01/01/2019. I was charged twice, one for $47.84 and another $57.00. The $57.00 is correct. However, the additional $47.84 was not supposed to be charged. I have been in contact with several managers, but nothing has been resolved. They insist that it is my bank's fault for charging me twice. I get notifications everytime my card is swiped and I got two notifications at the time I was there. They still insist that it is not their fault. I have yet to have the additional charge reversed.

Refund After several attempts and inconvenience to get this fixed since 01/01/2019, I want a refund for the $57.00 and the $47.84. That visit was my first and very last time I will visit a Jakes.
