Review: I placed an online order for two identical items from this business on December 8, 2013. My credit card was then charged for both items and I received a confirmation email stating my items were to be shipped and I would be receiving an additional email with my tracking information. When I hadn't received that email five days later I contacted the business and was told my package hadn't shipped yet because they only had one of my items and were trying to locate the second item. I was told I would receive a call on Dec. 16th to let me know if they were able to locate the second item. After receiving no call I was finally able to reach the business by phone on Dec. 18th and was told they were unable to locate the second item and that they would ship the one they had and refund my credit card for the missing item. I did receive the one item on Dec. 23rd and was satisfied with it. After a few weeks my credit card statement showed no refund had been made and I have since been unable to get a response from the business. I have tried calling and only get a busy signal and my email has had no response.
My refund should be $24.95. It is not a substantial amount but it is the principle of the matter and of poor business practice.Desired Settlement: All I want is to be refunded for the item I was charged for and never received.
Review: I ordered an item from them online. Still to this day I haven't received anything, but they took my money!!!!Desired Settlement: Since I have never received the product I would like my money back! I ordered a hot dog costume for my dog for Halloween and never received it!
