Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Everything that was written was a lieMy husband approached him saying he has to rectify the problemAll he did was start cursing at my husbandHe is the one who was hostile and unprofessionalWhen everyone heard him cursing, they were shocked and he realized his mistakeThis is when he said get whatever limo and I will pay for itWe have all the bridal party as witnesses as well as several staff from the Pleasantdale chateau who witnessed him saying he will pay for itHe didn't bother with making sure the other company was coming or not, if we were on time then why didn't we send the limo company to the Pleasantdale? Instead we had to ask him to meet us at the church in jersey city, in which we arrived at 3:pm - this also can be proven by text messages back and forth from people wondering where the bride wasRaj from ambassador limo also came up to us and said that nick spoke with him and that he will be taking care of the chargesWhy would you say something and go back on your wordAs far as the ride to the airport, you provided that because of the issues you caused the day of the weddingThey didn't ask for it Instead of having my sister enter the church happy on her wedding day, you put a huge damper on the dayAnd again, a bishop had to leave because we were so lateAlso, why would you ask them to pay for a rolls a Royce that you never provided? L.S.My name is *** I was there at the wedding as a host Nick was approached by the wedding party in a hostile mode threatening him causing words to be exchanged We both tried to recover from what happen calling all the limo companies that we do business with everybody's cars were
outsomebody within the wedding party suggested to use one of there sources which they called and ordered the car to meet at the church proximally PMwe proceeded to head towards Jersey City the church for the ceremony arriving at the church on time we were very concerned about the car getting there we kept on calling back-and-forth to make sure he knew where he was going somebody from the wedding party came out to make sure it was there and we had said that we were going to take care of paying for the rolls Royce sense they had not paid us for the wedding which included the price of the Rolls-Roycethat way if the car had been more money than what we had sold it for we would've paid the difference never insinuating that that we were going to give the car for free We dropped off everybody at the venue on time when we went to collect the money they only paid us for the trolley and told us they would pay us tomorrow for the Rolls-Royce the following day for compensation we gave them a free ride to the airport in a stretch limousine valued at $200. Everything that was written was a lie. My husband approached him saying he has to rectify the problem. All he did was start cursing at my husband. He is the one who was hostile and unprofessional. When everyone heard him cursing, they were shocked and he realized his mistake. Raj from ambassador limo also came up to us and said that nick spoke with him and that he will be taking care of the charges. Why would you say something and go back on your word. As far as the ride to the airport, you provided that because of the issues you caused the day of the wedding.
