I made an order (7552) and tried to cancel it a day later way before they even ship or make anything. They won’t respond and won’t answer any calls and after reading all the reviews this is how they operate. They scam people and won’t give them their money back or ship out any materials. I paid $100 for two shirts and now I’m stuck.

Jakkouttbxx charged me for two items that were not even in stock. They should have already refunded me for the amount. They charged me on July 8. It's already August. I don't believe they are going to refund me. It's not that I returned something. They charged me for the merchandises they didn't even have. Refund should have happened the next day on July 9 2017. Refund now. Also . . . I returned the phonecase since it was a wrong size. I received the hat although it was not authentic. I contacted the REAL [redacted]. They comforted that JACKOUTTHEBXX sells fake [redacted] items. I want my refund now.It's been almost one month since I placed an order for the items they didn't even have!!!! This business is a fraud. Refund Now and send me the refund confirmation email please.
