To Whom It May Concern:I made a complaint against Jaktak Construction because the company asked me to paypart of the cost ($2,000) before they poured a cement walkway and didn't complete thework on May 11th when they promised it would be doneThey continued to promisedates and times and still didn't fulfill their promises.They finally came on June 7th and poured the walkwayThey returned on June 10th andcompleted the job (removed the forms and sealed the walkway)Therefore, I no longerhave a complaint against JaktakI am now satisfied with the walkway and want torescind my complaint.Thank you for your assistance in this matterI believe I may not have had a resolutionto this problem if I did not have help from youAgain, I thank you and will never pay forservices in the future until the work is completed[redacted]
