On Friday, June 2, I was contacted by "a resident" of Coolwood Oaks (he did not tell me his name) I was told by him that he has an 9-job and was wondering why the Laundry Room was not opened after I explained to the gentlemen that the Laundry hours were from 8am to 5pm Monday through Sundays and that we did not have anyone to open and close the Laundry Room after hours, as a courtesy we keep it open on Saturdays and Sundays for residents that are unable to wash Monday through Fridays I guess he did not want to hear what I had to say, asked me for my name and email address He went on to say that I was not helpful and that he was going to report me It was followed by an email that said I was rude and that he was going to report me After the phone call, I contacted Coolwood Oaks in reference to the complaint that I had received by someone named [redacted] (from his email address) I was told by [redacted] (Manager) that I was correct about the Laundry Room hours and that the person listed on the email was not a resident[redacted]
