Instructions for care
I have made many repeated calls to vendor, and Mr. [redacted] the owner, repeatedly told me he would get me this documentation. But that never happened.Desired Settlement: I am asking for the above documentation that Vendor promised to provide.

Sorry for not responding to this sooner.Costumer was very happy with work we performed. At the time of service I did not have any care sheets to explain to him on how to take care of product but I did go over with he numerous times on the care that needed to be done. I [redacted] the owner spoke with him again an informed him that I would drop off a care sheet which is what I explained to him as well. So I myself dropped of care sheet as well as a thank you card on to his front stoop wedged between screen door an now this is the first I'm hearing of you not receiving this after our last conversation sorry for any problems this may have caused you. I'm hoping my explanations on how to clean your tub an shower walls helped in the mean time an let know if I can send you out another care. Copy as well as a paid invoice which the copy of the money order can show as a recipet for the time being. Hope all is an I will make sure that I get you what you are looking for happy holiday thanks

I am rejecting this response because:When I spoke to Mr. [redacted]I repeatedly requested three items: 1. Invoice for work2. Instructions for Care3. WarrantyDespite Mr. [redacted]'s repeated assurances over the phone, I have NEVER received ANY of these documents. Nor have I been able to reach him via phone recently.The professional way to handle this situation would have been for Mr. [redacted] to mail ALL requested documents, AND follow-up to make sure I received them.
Review: On March 2014, a representative of JAM performed a ' Glazing ' of my home shower stall, which is under written warranty for one year.
On SAT JAN 10, the glaze started to fall off in pieces from the wall tile. I immediately contacted JAM, but have yet to get any response.
