Review: I ordered an item on 1/6/2015 st 12:44am from Jam Paper's website, found by a google search. I was contacted (by email) that morning by [redacted] indicating that my item was not in stock and that I needed to choose another item; CC'd on that email was [redacted] (who's last name is not indicated) and [redacted]. I made it explicitly clear that I was interested in the item that I had initially purchased, but I would take her suggestions for another item that could substitute well -- seeing that she is a representative of the company and should be able to help in that capacity. She responded soon after with two "suggestions" that I should look at two other styles -- with no specific product information, and then responded again with the same style that I ordered, just in a different color. I then responded to her to say that I had already seen all the colors that were offered in the style I initially ordered, and that if the color I actually ordered becomes available within a few days, I would wait for it -- because I didn't want to cancel my order. There was no response. I sent a follow up email on 1/7/2015 to see if any progress was made or if she had any new information so that I could make a final decision and there was still no response. I finally called today, 1/9/2015 and spoke to [redacted] -- since she hadn't responded to my emails. Before I had called, I noticed that the website still had the item available for purchase for another eager and unsuspected customer to fall for. On our call, she said the only thing she could do was to send me another color -- and after some time I reluctantly conceded, via email. After all of the back and forth, she finally responds and says the second color that she offered was ALSO out of stock; but still available for purchase online. I finally asked her what the estimated time of arrival of both colors were and she said, "dont know". I am totally disgusted with the service of this organization. I will not be disrespected.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the items I initially ordered, free of charge.

Review: We ordered 2000 blue envelopes from the website, which stated they were in stock. We received 1480 blue (one box was opened and had 20 missing), 250 yellow, & 250 orange, total of 1980 envelopes. We were charged for the full price of 2000. We were never contacted that the quantity we ordered was not available, or asked if we wanted another color. When we called, we were told it would take 2 weeks for more blue to be ready. As we were under a deadline, we ordered from somewhere else. We were told they would be back in touch about returning the wrong envelopes. 2 days later after not hearing from them, we called again. The woman who answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about. Our account had not been noted that there was a problem with the order at all. Explained again and had the owner call back. He was rude and disrespectful. We were told. " [redacted] Happens." Told him I would have saved over $120 if we ordered from the other place we found the remaining envelopes from, he said, "Well good for you." Still did not tell us what to do to return the wrong envelopes, only said he would "come get them if we want,". We are a 3 hour drive from his location. Asked him to put in writing about being refunded and he told me he has bad penmanship (I meant an email). When we told him that we would be filing a complaint with Revdex.com, he said fine and hung up. The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Still not sure about receiving our refund or returning these envelopes.Desired Settlement: By my calculation we are due a refund of $276.40 for the envelopes we did not receive and the overnight shipping we paid to have them on time.

Review: On 7/28 I placed an order for paper products from JAM paper, on 7/31 I mailed a portion of my order (order #[redacted]) back because it was not the correct size I was looking for. On 8/1 the packaged was signed for by [redacted] at JAM paper. Today, 8/7 I called to inquire about my refund and [redacted] was the person I was connected to for customer service. When I inquired about the refund [redacted] told me that the lady that does refunds is on vacation so it will be at least another week until I receive it. I told [redacted] I felt that was unacceptable considering a refund to a credit card should take 3-5 business days and they have the product in there possession. I also had to pay to ship it back and received 20% less than what I paid for it as a part of there return fee. [redacted] said, "I don't care who you are you won't get anywhere talking to people like that, I am trying to help you, would you rather I lie to you and tell you the refund will be there tomorrow?" I asked[redacted] if I could speak to a supervisor to which he laughed at me and said no its 8:30 in the morning (business hours listed on there invoice is 8-6) and your not going to talk to a supervisor. I asked again, he said he was the owner and he was done talking to me and hung up on me. I called the 1-800 back again and he did not pick up the phone. My fiance called back on another line and had the same rude treatment, [redacted] answered the phone with HELLO, [redacted] wouldn't even provide him his name or announce the company he was working for upon answering the phone. This time [redacted] said that [redacted] is the owner and hung up on my fiance.Desired Settlement: I would like the full purchase price of my refund credited back to my card for the lack of customer service that was provided to me, $32.00 within 3 business days and an apology from the company. This purchase was for my wedding invites but now every time I have to look at my wedding invite I will think about how rudely someone treated us when I simply inquired about a refund that was already owed to me!
