afternoon) April 20, 2015-- Early evening voicemail was checked and phone call returned to Ms*** regarding tire Used Tire prices are as follows: Sizes 13--- $(mount and balance included) Sizes and up -- $(mount and blance included) New tires and prices available upon customer request(sizes depend on availability) Our PolicyNo warranty on any used parts or parts provided by customer, including labor On April 9, 2015, Ms*** contacted her friend (Ms***) for assistance regarding the flat tireMs*** in turn contacts her boyfriend, who then contacts us (JAM Tire and Auto LLC) to see if we had the correct size tire needed to be purchased, Ms*** did not have the fund to purchase the tireHer passenger agreed to pay for the tire ($35.00)Ms*** also did not have a car jack or tire tools availableWe lent our tools to be used to remove and replace said tire (mechanic assisted at road side also,at no charge)Ms***, boyfriend and a friend picked up the tools, headed to Ms***s vehicle I believe to be on the side of the highwayThe flat tire was removed from the vehicle, brought back to JAM Tire and Auto LLCthe used tire (being purchased) was put on Ms***s rimThe tired was then taken back to Ms*** and her passengerHer passenger put the tire back on the car using the tools we (at JAM Tire and Auto LLC) supplied to do soSix days after the purchase of said tire Ms*** made contact with JAM Tire and Auto for the first timeShe had stated her car had not been working properly since the day her friend purchased the used tireFrom Ms***s explanation of her vehicle issues, these were not tire related. I then handed the phone to the mechanic so she could better explain to himHe told her we didn't have that size tire in stock at the time, but we would be more than happy to work with her and also do our best to find a tire in that size. Unfortunately, this specific size tire had not became available during this timeApril 2015, Ms*** called JAM Tire and Auto LLC, left a voicemail, early afternoon. Unfortunately, I was unable to listen to the voicemails until early evening, shortly before closing timeAfter listening to the voicemail I returned the callI apologized for not getting back to her soonerI then explained our policy on used partsAt this point, Ms*** became upset, argumentative, raising her voice and so onI tried to reason with Ms***, holding a firm, but professional mannered, voice. I had to repeat my self several times (regarding our policy but willingness to work with her) during this phone conversation, while Ms*** was being loud and argumentative, and a gentlemen in the background also joining inI did hang up due to the fact Ms*** was out of line and unreasonableMaybe not the most professional thing to do, but I was in hopes this would allow Ms*** to calm down before either of us returned a phone call to resolve this issue civilly. Ms*** called back immediatelyAs soon as I answered, politely, Ms*** immediately was aggressive, raising her voice and continued to be unreasonableI let her know I would not argue with her, and that if she did continue to call, being out of line/hostile, or threats of any kind I would make a report of it with law enforcementI then said " I am going to say this one last time, then I am hanging up."I repeated our policy, once againAnd that We would be more than happy to work with her, but there would be a chargeThen hung upMs*** also stated she had made contact with her friend (Ms***) letting her know the situationI myself spoke to Ms*** who relayed information Ms*** had given herThrough talking with both parties, there were different statements made from Ms*** to myself and Ms***. Ms***'s claims were not consistentI told Ms*** that in order for us to assist Ms***, she would need to contact us at the business location or by phoneAs stated in Ms***'s complaint sent to the Revdex.com, she was not sure whether the tire was damaged by her bent rim, on which she had the flat tire to be replaced (used tire purchased for)Driving on a damaged rim could have caused the flat tire, as well as damaging the used tire that was purchasedIt was reported that Ms*** had driven the vehicle that said tire was on through the weekendIf there was any noticeable damage to the tire before purchase, the tire would not have been sold, only disposed ofWe believe in quality service and provide the best customer service we can! We always work with our customers and provide them with what they want to the best of our abilityWe are honest and caring, we would never want or sell any product or service that could possibly cause harm to ourselves, customers, or othersWe agreed to work with Ms*** to make her experience with JAM Tire and Auto a better oneThank You, JAM Tire and Auto LLC
