My wife contacted this company around March 11, We were attempting to rent a home from this lady.I signed a blank offered to rent, not a rental ordering that or lease agreement of *** *** **with in six days this later called my wife and cancel my appointment on Easter Sunday to sign the lease agreement for the property March which is Monday I was laid off my jobWe contacted Mslater that day and told her our situation and perher email she would work out somethingNothing was ever worked out then on the offer to rent disclosed illegal wording by the state of California dealing with non-refundable security depositOn her initial application that my wife sign not mean stated it was a $deposit yet they collected for me I have tried to work this out between her and she's had her son call me me take it to court and tell me to shove itI never signed the initial application to rent this property or siding final lease or rental right agreement which she failed t
