Review: I paid for a radio for my car which doesn't work. I was concerned about paying all the money ($240) up front, but the said business (Liberty auto) said that I had to. So I specifically asked, that if the radio doesn't work, will they exchange it for one that does. They said yes! It's been about a month of back and forth from my office in Brooklyn to liberty auto, as I was constantly told to come in because a working radio would be there for me. I wasted so much time, gas money, and days off work to resolve this, as I would need to have a mechanic to put in the radio. Liberty auto never produced a working radio. It got to a point, that the owner Johnny, said he will pay me back my money, as he could not find a working radio. I agreed to be patient as he advised, because he had "to make a couple of moves to get that money" to me. Since then, he's been telling me certain times and days to call him, but he's been ignoring my calls. I've watched quite a few people come in with similar issues, and he's been refusing to pay the customers back their money. This owner and his business has been purposely selling non working products to customers, and been hiding behind their "policy" of no refund. I said many times to them that I just want a working radio that I paid for, which they could not produce. So out of fairness, and what's right and just - I need my money back. $240.
