She sold 3 horses for me on consignment. Failed to pay me for one APHA mare. Blocked me from all communication. Still owes me $900. In DEC of 2012 I trusted [redacted] with two miniature horses and APHA mare to sell on consignment while I got divorced and moved to [redacted] We had a verbal agreement and I paid for feed when I dropped them off via personal check. We kept in contact via facebook the entire time they were on consignment, I have all the messages. She sold the minis and I got a check in the mail for my cut. It took her till may to sell the APHA mare. She told me the check would be in the mail. I never got it. Contacted her and she said it was lost, she would order a new one. Then she told me that the company who she got the cashiers check through would not issue a new one for 45 days and she had a "lawyer" on it. She then told me "hold tight" she would get the money, even if it were through payments on [redacted]. I've tried every way I can think of to get ahold of her, shes ducking me. This was back in MAY of 2013! She's blocked me on facebook, blocked my number and won't return any of my messages. I don't have anyone in North Carolina to help me out. I would love to get the law involved, but don't know who to call. Her name is [redacted], shes a horse dealer located at [redacted] NC. She also breeds dogs. I know she also owes other people as well. Even professionals. I would love to get into contact with someone who can help, she owes me $900. I feel so helpless being so far away. THE MARE IS "TRIPLE PARADISE", a sorrel BS paint mare with a flashy blaze and 4 high white socks. I consider her STOLEN as shes not be paid for. I will continue to post this on various places till I get the money that is owed to me. Desired SettlementI am looking for the money that she sold MY mare for. She owes me $900!
