Quoted price of $25 (copay) for procedure over telephone. Spoke to D.O approximately 5-6 hours after arriving at office, and told procedure would actually cost $1400. Conversation lasted no more than 5-7 minutes. When I informed the office I could not afford the procedure, and that I'd have to leave, I was told I could not go without paying $25 for services rendered. I had no food or water during those 6 hours and was exhausted. After I called the office the following day to see if they would refund the $25, since no services were actually rendered, I was told I was never allowed back in the office. After asking the office to explain why I was not allowed to return, and after being told someone would call me back with an explanation, no one ever did.

Please note I was not in any way physically harmed by any of this. I just don't know what happened and for some reason am barred from the facility and don't think I have any other options on my health insurance plan.
