My fiance's fathers truck was here and my fiance and him were going to pick the car up on New Year's DayMy finaces dad died around am on New Years morningI called and explained the situation that I had a power of attorney over the vehicle( my dad had given me prior to the incident for personal reasons) and the gentleman pretty much told me I was lyingHe told me that a poa meant nothing and that I will have to prove his death certificate with the poa in court with a lawyerSo I had MY sister call and he said that he was done dealing with us and hung up on her, she was not rude, she was trying to get more information for us to get this outSo we got the police involved and needless to say the two men there had no issue giving us the car thenAs I was giving him his $bill that my dad owed, we did not ONCE SAY I'm sorry about your lossThe whole time he was talking about how this is going to be a long process and that the state might take the vehicle to pay for any medical bills that his dad hadJust really making it seem like it was not worth the troubleSo we get out back to get the truck and had made a rude remark because my fiance turned off the vehicle to check the oils or what not in it before we drove an hour home.His comment was "now I'm going to have to jump it off again" it was rude and unnecessarywhich he did not have to re-jumo it off it started right back upAs my fiance is leaving in the truck and I am walking back to our car with the cop he makes a comment "great now my phone will stop ringing"This company is a disgraceThey are very disrespectful and did not try to understand our situation at allThey made this situation times worse with their *** attitudesThis is COMPLETELY UNBELIEVABLE THAT THEY TREATED PAYING CUSTOMERS LIKE THISWe paid the fee in FULL ALL $of it and for us to be treated with such disrespect on a day like that was UNNECESSARY AND DISGUSTINGThey are also associated with AAA, I do not see how, their company is terribleSomeone needs to handle this issue
