I am rejecting this response because: After no response from the company
or the Revdex.com after more than a month of filing the complaint, I paid out of pocket to fix this businesses mistakeAnd like previously stated, the window was not properly installed, it had absolutely nothing to do with the regulator which is what the company blamed it on when I initially called.
