We are sorry you weren't satisfied with the work performed on your home. We respect your wishes and honor your request to cancel the remaining contract. We will also mail to you any warranty info on the siding installed. This is the only warrantied item on the materials used. There isn't any warranty on trim work, Your reference to a warranty for roofing is in error due to roof work being done on a separate completed contract with the warranty already issued to you directly from the manufacture. I am rejecting this response because: Due to the issues referenced in our complaint, my husband and I are not interested in attempting to resolve any pending work that has not been completed by BNL Home Improvements.  There was ample time and opportunity for BNL to resolve pending issues, but they were left unresolved.  At this time, we will be canceling our contract and no further payments will be made.The only item we require from BNL was indicated in the initial complaint.  We require any documentation regarding the warranty of any and all installed materials, including but not limited to siding, trim materials, soffits,roofing, etc.
