Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Due to the issues referenced in our complaint, my husband and I are not interested in attempting to resolve any pending work that has not been completed by BNL Home Improvements There was ample time and opportunity for BNL to resolve pending issues, but they were left unresolved At this time, we will be canceling our contract and no further payments will be made.The only item we require from BNL was indicated in the initial complaint We require any documentation regarding the warranty of any and all installed materials, including but not limited to siding, trim materials, soffits,roofing, etc Regards, [redacted]
