Review: I ordered an upholstered bed from [redacted] in May of 2012. The piece was not delivered until December of 2012. Before delivery, I was informed by [redacted] that the piece had been damaged during transport. Since the piece had taken so long to deliver, I was instructed by [redacted] to accept the damaged piece and they would handle repair of the upholstery at their expense. It has now been four months since we received the piece and it is still not repaired. I have contacted [redacted] and the owner, [redacted], multiple times by both phone and email to no avail. They have now completely stopped responding to my inquiries about when/how they intend to fix this piece.Desired Settlement: Dane Decor should arrange and pay for repairs to the damaged bed in a prompt and communicative manner.
