Mechanic Ronaldo did front and rear brakes, also oil changed, we did check her car three times 1st and 2nd noise from inside cover touching the right front brake disc rotor so rey did repair the problem. 3rd Noise very fimy sound so our three mechanics took test...
drive so all mechanics make result (decide) the noise from rear struts and struts mount, rear sway bar links also we asked the customer get second opinion to other service shop. We warranty our job but other thing we cannot.Sincerely yours, Keon *. C**

I am rejecting this response because:The car was not making any noise prior to Rey "fixing" the brakes. Struts and sway bar was never mentioned. If those things were a concern, they should have been brought to my attention when the safety inspection was conducted. Rey damaged my car in the process of repairing my brakes. I am requesting a refund to cover the cost of a diagnostic test and repair to my car.
