Great job, excellent service, professional and courteous personnel

The city notified me of excessive water use and I called James Caccia Plumbing to come out and figure out the problem [redacted] Scame out right on schedule and then discovered and fixed the problem right then and there He was very nice, polite, and as helpful as could be Highly recommended A very trustworthy company that obviously takes the time to hire good people

[redacted] came and diagnosed the cause of our tub draining to the first floorHe was able to find a way to repair it without ripping apart our walls [redacted] and [redacted] came back today, were very courteous (I am recovering from surgery and had a guest here They were polite, positive understanding of my situation and efficient My husband and I recommend them completely

As always, I found Caccia's representative to be friendly, professional, and forward-thinking Options for improving the performance and life of the new water heater were presented, allowing me to choose these options or not Everything was explained in a clear manner, including operating instructions after installation was complete Although I did not express urgency, service was quick A Caccia representative came to my home two days after my call The next day, they were back installing the water heater, which they provided The work appears to have been done well The work area was left as clean as it was prior to the beginning of the work

[redacted] U along with the team leader, **, were out to fix what appeared to be a simple problem that turned out to be more complex than expected They worked quickly to find an alternative solution, did a great job and got our business back online right away

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 12, 2016/01/21) */ Thank you for bringing the complaint by [redacted] to our attention. I will start by saying [redacted] account listed under the case description is not accurate to the accusation of bait and switch. Another correction is the work was... performed at [redacted] . Because there are so many interested parties for this job I feel compelled to name them and list their involvement. [redacted] - realtor for the seller The [redacted] - the seller [redacted] - realtor for the buyer [redacted] - the buyer We had an original signed estimate with the [redacted] to perform the scope of work for $9899. We realized (before starting the work) that we made an error in the depth calculation for the sewer. Our location equipment is the first video inspection indicated the sewer was 5 feet deep. After the estimate was signed, we re-attended the job to mark the exact location of the sewer prior to start of excavation work. It was at that time we discovered the sewer line was 9 to10 feet deep. Realizing that extra depth required extra shoring and hiring a Class A excavation contractor to perform the excavation. We contacted the realtors for both the seller and the buyer to articulate that the price would change by $3500. The $3500 was the direct cost for the additional work with no markup. We also stated that we cannot start work until the new price was approved. We attempted to contact [redacted] on the day we performed the second video location to articulate there was a change in scope and price. [redacted] did not respond. We were able to contact [redacted] and [redacted] to explain the situation. It was at that time [redacted] decided it was in his best interest to authorize the new price. [redacted] personally assured payment and that he would work it out with all related parties. All work is complete and signed off by the proper Jurisdictions. We are in the process of collecting for the remaining amount of $3500. We received the BBB Complaint. In the effort to resolve the complaint and collect the remaining balance we arranged a meeting between [redacted] and [redacted] at our shop on January 11. At that meeting we agreed on a few items after discussing each party's position. The agreement with [redacted] 1) to retract the BBB complaint and 2) to go to the seller with the offer of paying one third of the remaining $3500 owed. [redacted] was supposed to contact us by January 14 to let us know his clients response. We've attempted to reach out to [redacted] with no response. It is now one week past our agreed-upon update. [redacted] has been very understanding and cooperative. [redacted] has agreed to pay for one third of the $3500 owed. To clarify: the agreement was to divide the remaining $3500 owed between the three parties the seller, the buyer, and [redacted] Plumbing. That means the buyer and the selling parties would each pay $1166 and [redacted] Plumbing would forgive the remaining $1166. We have an authorized signed estimate before proceeding with work from [redacted] . From a contractor perspective we followed the laws that govern our work. We also understand that there are many factors in the sale of the property that complicate communication between parties. It is for that reason we want to be a fair and pragmatic company with the goal of concluding this job. We also respectfully request that this complaint be expunged from our record and not listed as closed / resolved. For the simple reason, we have a signed and authorized estimate from [redacted] to perform this work. At that point [redacted] was no longer the customer.

Denver Lum is a very professional and pleasant technician He installed a new water heater for me today ...which was not located in the most convenient of places in my garage It is situated quite a few feet above my dryerI don't think too many technicians would have been happy with this job, yet he was most gracious and the job was done to perfection I have never seen anyone so organized and neat about his work It truly showed prideDon't' let this guy get away !

[redacted] and [redacted] helped me resolve a drainage problem with my washer They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional throughout They advised me upfront of different options to try to correct the problem and identified the pros and cons of each Once I decided on an option, they worked quickly and effectively to implement that solution I was very pleased with my experience While I find that other plumbing companies offer services at lower rates than Caccia, Caccia service personnel are straightforward, reliable and perform high quality work I'm happy to call on them again in the future and to recommend them to others

We rely on James Caccia Plumbing for all our plumbing needsThey always send someone very promptly and take care of problems quickly In particular I've appreciated visits from ***, who is knowledgeable, pleasant, and seems to really care about making sure I understand what he's doing and why
