In response to ***’s rejection, we stand by our work ***’s identifies his “fundamental issue” as price and we believe our studio provides a solid value It’s unfortunate he apparently disagrees [redacted] acknowledges in his rejection that we did, in fact, retouch several album photographs to their apparent satisfaction and that the retouching in the album “demonstrates” qualification to do the workNevertheless, we have just been informed by our credit card processor that [redacted] is now actually disputing the proper charge for $1,for the separately ordered parent albums and extra pages for their main album by somehow claiming that the goods are non-conforming These products were all individually proofed, approved and orderedAs mentioned in our original response, the customer even came to our studio and physically inspected the albums prior to tendering payment Emails evidencing the lengthy approval process are attached heretoNevertheless, in the spirit of compromise and our continued attempt to satisfy a customer, we would propose to revolve this complaint as follows: A refund of $with the express allowance that the [redacted] can keep their ordered albums (if the charge back is somehow permitted, then the albums need to be returned); Withdrawal of the “charge back” initiated to [redacted] (or we can remit an agreed upon amount through that process – whichever he would prefer); Prior to any refund – a full deletion/take-down of any and all reviews left on any review site, social media account, [redacted] ***; and, Execution of a mutual release/non-disparagement agreement

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I* ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.The fundamental issue remains that *** charged $3,for the photography services, far about the average of $1,to $2,for the Pittsburgh area, and provided, at best, average shots that contained numerous blemishes and imperfectionsAlthough *** worked to retouch the three photographs that were included in the album, he has refused to perform any additional retouching of the photos, thus giving us little more than a point-and-shoot package, despite charging significantly about fair market value for a point-and-shoot.*** may respond that he retouched some skin blemishes that *** brought to his attention and performed a few face swapsHowever, the retouching was of such poor quality and was so obviously photoshopped that the photos are unusableThe photos that were retouched for the album demonstrate that *** is qualified to perform the retouching but simply refuses to.Moreover, J*** *esponse to the photos we requested that were grainy and blue tinted is inadequate*** took good photos of Michelle and her mother in that room under the same lighting conditions, evidencing that he clearly rushed the other photos, rushing them so much that they cannot be retouched to fix the graininess and bluish tint*** may debate their "usability," but the fact remains that specific memories we asked to be preserved were shot poorly and have unfixable errors

Nevertheless, we have just been informed by our credit card processor that [redacted] is now actually disputing the proper charge for $1,549.36 for the separately ordered parent albums and extra pages for their main album by somehow claiming that the goods are non-conforming.  These products were all individually proofed, approved and ordered. As mentioned in our original response, the customer even came to our studio and physically inspected the albums prior to tendering payment.  Emails evidencing the lengthy approval process are attached hereto. Nevertheless, in the spirit of compromise and our continued attempt to satisfy a customer, we would propose to revolve this complaint as follows:  1.       A refund of $500 with the express allowance that the [redacted] can keep their ordered albums (if the charge back is somehow permitted, then the albums need to be returned); 2.       Withdrawal of the “charge back” initiated to [redacted] (or we can remit an agreed upon amount through that process – whichever he would prefer); 3.       Prior to any refund – a full deletion/take-down of any and all reviews left on any review site, social media account, [redacted]; and, 4.       Execution of a mutual release/non-disparagement agreement.
