Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Most of what is stated is accurateWeather did influence the work to be doneHowever there were plenty of days that were dry and conducive to having the work completedKevin text my neighbor several times indicating that he would be down to finish the jobs he agreed to do last fallOn one occasion Kevin told me directly he would "be down the next day with a crew to finish" but it didn't happenThere were several days in succession that week that were sunny and dry.On the day two young men came to attempt the work they were ill equipped to clean the debris that was in the fill dirt and were spreading grass seed before the debris was clearedThe only tool they had was a simple garden rake. I just happened to see their attempt and asked my two sons to accompany me to the back yard where I confronted these two young menYes one of my sons had a beer in his hand but there was absolutely NO THREAT made.I am appalled at this accusation.

Good morning Revdex.com , in regards to this rejection I would like to say that the customer has stated there were sunny "dry days" which is true however the ground was not dry enough to complete workI did stop down several times to check the cite and each time was to wet to workAs for her neighbor yes I did text him often as we are friendsI made every attempt to complete this job again until her son told us not to returnAnd my guys were well equipped with the rakes needed to spread top soilThey were simply leveling the fill with a simple hand rake before they spread the top soilAnd they did feel threatened by her son's actions

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I included some of the text messages between me and Mr.B. He never returned to finish removing the stumpIn fact I excavated what is shown in the picture before MrB even came the first timeThe circumference was roto tilled three times down 1ft below finished grade to accommodate bedding sandThe stump is in fact still there (Mr.Beven acknowledges he hadn't finished the job in the provided text messages) aso well as some of the extending rootsThe stump is not even a foot below gradeI would have included all my pics and text but the site would not allow for moreMrBalso made comments on social media concerning this matter, stating he was doing me a favor and I shouldn't be nagging. He is correct about one thing in his statement, we were friends and coworkers MrB had deleted me from his social media account the same weekend 8/16/he stopped responding to my text messages and didn't show up after stating he would be out that same weekendHe left me no choice.

Dear Revdex.com, yes I did delete her from social media because she was harrasing meI offered many solutions to help her finish her project and even returned with a mini backhoe of which I broke as well trying to aid in digging out the remainder of her stumpI did all I could to satisfy this customerI broke two tools that cost me hundreds of dollars to repair I lost hundreds of dollars trying to help who I thought was a friend

Dear Revdex.com, Id like to share my side of this case. When I started this job last fall it was late in the season and I told the customer I would do my best to beat the snow meaning to finish the job. This did not happen since the snow moved in quickly which shut me down. The customer...

was in agreement I'd wait until this spring to resume work. This spring came and was to wet for me to resume work. The customers cottage is below a hill and the water runoff comes down said hill directly onto her lawn. Flooding the work it with even a small rain. The customer said she waited 8 months for work to complete but 5 of these months we're winter which as you can gather means the ground is frozen and or to wet to work on. I sent two guys to complete the topsoil process on 6/8/17 and when they arrived they started to prep the work cite since it was finally dry enough to work on, and when they got there and started work they were greeted not so kindly by the customers son . He was irate and nasty to them he also was holding a beer bottle in a manner that was threatening . He was holding it by the neck and my guys were told that we were not welcomed back. At which point I instructed them to leave for safety. Sometime after this the customer called me to tell me the job was completed. I do not feel a refund is warranted in this case because the weather pushed me back and I was not allowed to complete my work. The customer never once asked me for a refund. I did all I could to satisfy the customer .

We did complete the job.  We actually took the tree down 2 ft. past the ground and broke our machine.  I do not understand this complaint.  Jennifer and I have been friends for a while.  I feel that the job is complete. complete the job.  We actually took the tree down...

2 ft. past the ground and broke our machine.  I do not understand this complaint.  Jennifer and I have been friends for a while.  I feel that the job is complete.

I did attempt to respond to let you know this issue did not get resolved. I'm not sure why you did not receive my response. I have never heard from Kevin regarding my complaint. And just so you know there was never any threat to Kevin's worker with a beer bottle as he stated.Thank you for the advice. I appreciate your help .
