From: [redacted]@[redacted].net <[redacted]@[redacted].net>Date: Thu, Apr 2, 2015 at 3:57 AMSubject: Re: [redacted] Complaint ([redacted])To: [redacted]@myRevdex.com.orgYes, I was hired by [redacted] to do Mold Remediation and possible Reconstruction.  I have been doing business for 27...

years, I know what am doing, and you don't be in business that long getting over on people.   First thing first, I didn't receive 5000.00 from her.  It was 4,500.00 less the deductible.   I explained to her several times, that we bill your insurance company after the work is done.  But because the way her policy was written, having a master policy, they needed an estimate prior to remediation.   I gave her an estimate of 5,000.00.   Doing the mold remediation process, Hygienist does testing, it passes or fails doing this process, that common.   Doing the process it failed twice, and on the 3rd testing, it passed and the  Hygienist issued an Mold Certificate, and I submitted my actual bill was 7500.00 of which 4500.00 was paid and 3000.00 balance.   I explained this to [redacted] several times.   Under normal process, I would have submitted a bill of 7500.00 to her insurance company when the Hygienist issue a Mold Certificate.   I provided several services to [redacted] in helping her get funding to properly put her house back together.    In the insurance industry, we uses a program called [redacted],  Which allows us to properly estimate the bill by zip code  and damages.  I did this for [redacted] where she led me to believe that I was getting the job.  I was able to get [redacted] 3000.00 additional monies for cleaning her house.   I worked with the Adjuster helping her & her sister in getting back in her house.  When I was not doing the rebuild, she hired my brother to do the rebuild at a cheaper price, and after he walk because she didn't pay him.  I called and asked her why he had not been paid, she told me because the insurance company had not sent enough monies.   I was upset, because I wrote the estimate for her and I needed to get information from so when I talk to the insurance company on why they had not paid.  [redacted] was not forth coming.  And I told her I can't work with her any more.   Several weeks later, I get a call from the Hygienist that [redacted] has contacted the Maryland Attorney General and file a compliant with them.  So my Hygienist is upset, because she does not want to go thru this process and she wants to settle.   When I finds out what [redacted] did,  I refuse to settle.  Am not paying 3000.00  for work that rightfully mine.   She has not paid any monies out of her funds.  I have help her and family beyond.   When the Maryland Attorney General found not fault,  now she is filing a compliant here with the Revdex.com to discredit me.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:[redacted]

[redacted]Mr. C[redacted] is lying.  When the firemen left, I was allowed back in the home to retrieve some personal belonging.   I saw the chair intact in my home.  The firemen never touched it.  Mr. C[redacted] tried to force his services on us.  His only job was to secure the property and board up the roof.  He did not even do that properly.  Mr. C[redacted] told us he was our contractor to do the renovations.  I told him I would choose whoever I wanted to do the renovations.   Mr. C[redacted] tried to get emergency money from the insurance company so that he could do the work.  He knows that the insurance process takes time.   He is the one who put tarp on the roof and was paid good money for it.  When he heard the weather report, he should have sent his men over to my home to board up the roof.  That is what he was paid for in the first place.   Now he is trying to mince words to make himself look good.   I hope he is not fooling you.  I happened to drive by my house a few days after the fire to fine that my two living room windows had a five inch space between the board and the top of the window.  Birds, snow and rain could have come in.  I had to call him at let him know this.   This is the sloppy work that he did.The little bit of money he paid us for damaged items in know way compares to the higher prices he charged us to clean our clothes, coats, linens, curtains, shoes, etc.  Maybe his conscience got the better of him.  He wanted the money back after we got reimbursed from our insurance company.   Since I incurred a loss and had to pay my own storage fees after my insurance money ran out, I could no reimburse him.   He should be reimbursing me for highway robbery.Mr. C[redacted] has not sent the $150 from my silverware.

1/02/2017  I informed [redacted] her leather chair was destroyed in the fire along with her bed and dressers.  The fire occurred on her deck right out side of her bedroom,  JEC was not able to save anything in her room,  because her closet door was closed, we was able...

to save and clean most of her items in the closet.  [redacted] had a lot of contents.   JEC gave her a check for those damages to the clothes.  I informed her to submit a claim for the items that was destroyed in her room.  I am not paying her for a chair that was destroyed by the fire.   I will send her a check 2for 150.00 for the silverware.   Note:   This is the first time me hearing about the silverware.          Tarping of  the Roof.    JEC was contracted for the cleanup and secure the property from further damage.    [redacted]m loss occurred 9/15.   We installed a temp tarp on the property.  JEC was able to get a emergency permit to build the roof back on the property for the following month.   [redacted]m informed JEC that she was going with another contractor.  I informed [redacted]m do her contractor knows the insurance process, because if they do not know the process it would take a while to get funding for emergency work.    If [redacted]m would had kept JEC as contractor,  we would had install the roof on in  October 2015.   In January 2016, we had over 20 inches of snow.  That is why the roof caved in.
