This company installed a hybrid heating system for us in November. They did not arrive on time for the installation,because they ran behind on a previous job. After the installation was complete, my electric company representative came out to verify that my new heat pump met their rebate requirements. While he was here, he pointed out that Air Eez did not connect my humidifier to the ductwork, and that all the moisture was going into my basement which would cause me to have mold issues. I called Air Eez that day, and [redacted] told me that the electric company representative must have been out of date on his knowledge of humidifiers. She wasn't able to tell me how it was supposed to be installed, so I insisted on speaking with a technician. The owner, [redacted], called back and confirmed that it was done incorrectly, and that it was due to a misunderstanding between him and his installer. They came out the next week and ran ductwork from the humidifier to the return. We signed up for their no interest for 6 months financing offer. If you do this, keep your paperwork! I got our first bill today and we were being charged at the normal interest rate. Assuming it was just a simple data entry error, I called to ask them to correct it. [redacted] told me that they only offer that once in a while and that there was nothing in her paperwork showing I was told this, and that she would not help me. [redacted] then got on the phone to tell me that they have never offered this and refused to help as well. I even emailed them my copy of the finance agreement. [redacted] responded with several unprofessional emails and ultimately refused to assist me. They were very rude and treated me as though I were doing something wrong when I only wanted them to correct a mistake they made. Since they refused to help, I sent my copy of the finance agreement to Wells Fargo. After seeing it, they agreed that an error was made, and are fixing it on their end. Apparently Air Eez loses money on the deal when they offer special financing, so perhaps that is why they refused to help. Either way, I hope this review will save someone else the trouble of paying someone over $9000 to be treated so poorly.
