James Edward Builders does not stand behind its product. Before I bought my house, I noticed a repaired foundation leak. Before the purchase, I obtained a guarantee on the repair. Unfortunately, it leaked again. [redacted], the owner of James Edward Builders, came over and assessed the damage and promised to fix it free of charge. Many emails and phone calls later resulted in no response. I had to get an outside compnay to repair the foundation. I will never recommend this builder to anyone.
