James Edward Builders does not stand behind its product Before I bought my house, I noticed a repaired foundation leak Before the purchase, I obtained a guarantee on the repair Unfortunately, it leaked again ***, the owner of James Edward Builders, came over and assessed the damage and promised to fix it free of charge Many emails and phone calls later resulted in no response I had to get an outside compnay to repair the foundation I will never recommend this builder to anyone
