Review: The owner of the company, [redacted] was hired at my residence to troubleshoot and fix boiler that failed to supply heat. He determined the cause of the problem to be a pump on the boiler for the first floor and two leaks in the back room. The invoice was for $ 360, $ 150 for the replacement pump and $ 210 for labor. It was agreed the job would be completed the next day. Since I go to work during the day money was left with my younger brother to be paid upon completion of the job. When [redacted] claimed to have completed the job, payment was duly rendered. Later that day I went to confirm with the first floor residents that heat was on; however they were still without heat. I immediately called [redacted] who said he would be on his way to see what was wrong. Two hours later he had not arrived or called back, I called him many more times and could not get through to him. My mother was eventually able to get a hold of him, but he said he already completed the repairs and refused to return. We tried to reach him many more times but he refused to take our calls. This happened about a month ago, the receipt is still present, and this is my only recourse.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the cost of labor.
