[redacted] did not reply to several phone calls left at her number to expedite her complaint. Farmers has corrected the address error on [redacted]'s request. Mr. B[redacted] NEVER made any attempt to respond to my postal letter, or the e-mail in which I requested him to correct his records. My address has always been the  same, so there was nothing for him to correct. I cannot accept his false statement. The only action that was taken on my complaint was by the California office not Mr. B[redacted] when they corrected my balance to $0.00
