 On the day I selected the furniture the sales rep and I selected an item the delivery men delivered the wrong item. Upon delivery they damaged my walls also. I would like a full refund. I have reached out to my attorney and submitted photos of my damaged walls. Because of Mr. James's rude poor and inefficient customer service, I wish to no longer do business with him or his entity. Review: Since 2012 I have been purchasing furniture from [redacted]. I got to know him well since he is also from Guyana. I trusted him and kept buying from his store. On 10/**/2012 we bought a mattress and box spring that cost $455.The mattress kept sinking in and we ended up sleeping in a hole. We turned it over and around and it still sank. When we complained to [redacted] he advised us to buy a memory foam and put it on. We ended up filling the sinkhole with blankets.When we moved from [redacted] near [redacted] in November 2013 we bought all our furniture from him. The legs and seats from the living room chairs have fallen off. We had to put screws in them. We bought a second mattress for #350 from [redacted] on 7/**/2014 and the same thing has happened. I called him and told him about the mattress and he asked me to send him a picture of the brand name so he could call the manufacturer. This was a month ago and I have not heard from him. He also owes me a footstool that he promised me as a gift.His cell phone # is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for both mattresses. He threw out the first one for us when we purchased the second.

Review: In August is went to the store made a purchase my living room furniture they delivered an incorrect item and I refused to receive it and everything since then the owner has yet to refund me.Desired Settlement: I need a full refund
